Sweet Eyes ♥

HELLO ♥

I was in the mood to play around today, so I thought why not create a sweet look for a special day :) 
I tried to upload a tutorial style, were I show step by step how I achieved this look, but sadly MOST of the photos uploaded upside down T______________T
My failed attempt :( lol Though I might not be able to show you the processes it's super simple to do ^~^ promise!
